Auto-renew purchases your active paid package when credits run out or expire. If auto-renew is disabled or payment fails, paid API access pauses until you purchase credits.

You can choose a different Self-Service package anytime in billing settings. Your unused credits stay in your balance.

Credits are charged per candidate returned, contact received, and selected add-on. Failed requests are not charged.
Trial credits expire after 1 month. Your paid balance has one expiration date, 12 months from the latest purchase or renewal.
Yes. Unused, unexpired trial credits are added to your first paid package. The 2× bonus applies only to the purchased credits and only to your first purchase.
Natural-language search is included. Custom filters and filtering by email or phone availability require Scale with Us. These filters can sharply reduce the number of matching candidates. Contact us so we can help configure them for your search. You can still reveal available emails and phone numbers on any plan, with separate credit charges. See the API documentation for parameters and plan limits.
You can continue with limited free searches and masked candidate identities. Purchase credits to restore full access. Trial credits are granted only once per organization.
